Job summary

Selby Jennings is partnering with a rapidly growing technology services platform to design and execute finance integrations across North America. This fully remote role focuses on building a unified NetSuite-based financial and operational stack for newly acquired companies.

You'll develop SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and Restlets, lead data migration, and collaborate with Finance, IT, and Accounting to standardize processes and drive automation across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of NetSuite administration, development, or integration experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SuiteScript 2.0, SuiteFlow, Suitelets, Restlets, REST and SOAP APIs, and NetSuite integrations.
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or systems onboarding projects.
• Background working with accounting, billing, invoicing, purchasing, or financial operations workflows.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, or similar tools is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations between NetSuite and third-party business applications.

• Design scalable workflows for billing, purchasing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Lead data migration, transformation, and onboarding efforts for newly acquired businesses.

• Develop and enhance middleware integrations using platforms such as Celigo, Boomi, or similar iPaaS tools.
• Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, IT, and Operations teams to improve efficiency and standardize processes.
• Help establish the long-term integration playbook supporting a highly acquisitive growth strategy.
