Vantor is seeking a Senior Manager, Finance to partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and pricing decisions. The role focuses on translating strategic priorities into financial plans and building pricing approaches that balance customer value with profitability.

The successful candidate will lead financial analyses, develop business cases, and collaborate across Finance, Sales, Operations, Contracts, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in finance, FP&A, pricing, or related area.
• Experience modeling, forecasting, and business cases; ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to leaders with financial insights and recommendations.
• Lead planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management.
• Support pricing strategy and financial analysis for opportunities and renewals.
• Build pricing models with cost, market, risk, and returns; manage deal economics.
• Lead and develop finance talent; improve governance and tools; drive efficiency.
