Vantor Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager - Finance & Operations to lead financial planning and operational excellence for the Channel Sales organization. You will partner with Sales leadership to drive forecasts, budgets and KPI dashboards while ensuring governance of channel incentives and profitability.

The role focuses on data-driven insights, scalable processes, and strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field.
• MBA, ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or similar.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Experience with incentive management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own financial planning, budgeting and forecasting for the Channel Sales organization.
• Partner with Sales leadership to develop annual operating plans and quarterly forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, bookings, margins, operating expenses and profitability.
• Deliver monthly business reviews highlighting performance against targets.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
• Support pricing strategy, commercial investments and partner profitability analysis.
• Own financial governance of channel incentive, rebate and partner investment programs.
• Develop budgets and forecasts for rebates, MDF, SPIFFs and other incentives.
