Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and review sales orders within 24 hours.
• Input customer and sales data into processing system.
• File paperwork to meet department policy in customer folders.
• Provide backup coverage for Accounts Representatives/Specialists.
• Assist with special projects and reporting as assigned.
• Support invoicing customers, invoicing freight, and matching records for payment.
• Develop and maintain detailed desk instructions for major responsibilities.
• Perform additional clerical tasks such as mail distribution and filing.
