Job summary

Stella Jones Corporation in the United States is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to join the Lufkin, Texas facility (also at Montevallo, Alabama). This clerical role supports the Customer Service team with order processing and data entry, delivering reliable service and maintaining PVC records.

You will handle sales orders, data entry, invoicing support, and light administrative tasks while contributing to safety and process documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Experience: Three to six months related experience and/or training; previous clerical support experience
• License/Certification: N/A

Responsibilities

• Accurately enters and reviews sales orders within 24 hours
• Inputs customer and sales data into processing system according to company procedures
• Ensures all proper paperwork is filed in customer folders to meet department policy
• Provides backup coverage for Account Representative/Specialists
• Assists with special projects/reporting as assigned
• Supports invoicing customers, invoicing freight, and matching records for payment
• Develops and maintains detailed written desk instructions covering all major responsibilities
• May perform additional clerical responsibilities including mail distribution, filing, and general administrative tasks
• Participates and contributes to company safety program
• Performs other related duties as assigned
