Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial controls, SOX compliance, accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills; SAP and Vistex experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer rebate operations, including rebate setup, accruals, payout execution, reporting, audit support, and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer rebates and GPO administrative fees are accurately calculated, processed, and accounted for in compliance with company policies and financial requirements.
• Review and approve non-standard rebate structures, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
• Evaluate financial and operational impacts of rebate processes and provide recommendations.
• Strengthen and maintain a robust SOX control environment through processes and governance.
• Drive system enhancements to increase efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve rebate program issues and support timely execution.
• Develop, coach, and mentor team members with performance and development goals.
