Job summary

State Street in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced operations leader in Custody and Fund Accounting. You will supervise a functional team, oversee daily service delivery, and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues while coordinating new funds, systems and client projects.

Qualifications

Equivalent to a BS degree in Finance, Business or related field.
At least 5 years of related Custody and/or Fund Accounting experience, part of which must have been in a management or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day supervision of a functional team and service delivery.
Primary contact and escalation point for operational issues and provide technical expertise.
Coordinate the implementation of new funds, systems and processes and assist with client projects.
Organize internal meetings and document action items; participate in notes/agenda development.
Identify and implement consistent operational best practices.
Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits.
Provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
