You will be the primary contact for operational issues, coordinate new funds and systems, and mentor staff while driving best practices and compliance reviews.

The role requires 3-4 years of custody/fund accounting experience with supervisory duties, plus a BS in Finance or Business.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Finance, Business or related field.
• 3-4 years of custody/fund accounting experience with supervisory duties.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; client relationship ability.

Responsibilities

• Account for day-to-day management of a functional team and service delivery.
• Primary contact and escalation point for operational issues and problems.
• Coordinate implementation of new funds, systems, and processes.
• Assist with client conversions and other client projects.
• Organize internal meetings and develop agendas; record notes and actions.
• Identify, implement, and share operational best practices.
• Assist with compliance/fiduciary reviews and audits; train staff.
• Provide coaching, development opportunities, and performance feedback.
• Serve on committees and escalate unusual transaction activity as required.
