RedCircle is seeking a Finance Operations Manager in a hybrid role in Los Angeles or Boston to oversee monthly close, invoicing, and payments.

You will coordinate with our contract bookkeeper and external accountants, produce timely financial statements, and provide insights to leadership and investors.

This hands-on position offers ownership, opportunities to automate workflows, and the chance to scale financial processes as RedCircle grows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of accounting or financial operations experience.
• Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and external advisors.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling.
• Experience using AI tooling to automate processes.
• Familiarity with Xero is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the monthly financial close process and deliver reports.
• Manage advertising revenue reconciliation and invoicing.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for leadership.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and liquidity awareness.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable with our bookkeeper.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial workflows.
• Provide financial analyses for leadership and investors.
