Job summary

Ripple Street Inc. is building an in-house finance function and seeks an entry-level finance professional who can own the full cycle—payables, receivables, payroll, and month-end close—in a fast-moving marketing-services business.

You will partner across teams, ensure accuracy, protect confidential data, and drive weekly cash reporting and monthly close with high autonomy in New York. On-site four days a week, half-day remote, you’ll grow with the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Some exposure to QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and close processes is a plus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own accounts payable: process invoices, vendor communications, and coding.
• Own accounts receivable and client invoicing; monitor payment status.
• Run payroll, including commissions and PTO payments.
• Close the month: prepare reports and post journal entries.
• Maintain weekly cash reports and finance trackers.
• Coordinate basic office administration tasks as needed.
