Job summary

SEI seeks a motivated individual in Oaks, Pennsylvania, to assist with security master setups and asset data maintenance, ensuring smooth trading operations. Job description

What you’ll do
  • Work a consistent schedule from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  • Assist with security master setups and asset data maintenance, resolving daily exceptions; support automated trade file processes; perform pricing functions for securities across portfolio positions; implement new clients; research and process corporate actions and dividend income for IMS clients.
  • Act as the record keeper for trade and security master activity, collecting and maintaining security master details in various formats from vendors and documenting processes and procedures for individual client needs.
  • Communicate with appropriate internal or client teams to resolve open issues and questions, including reaching out to technology support and vendor support when necessary; participate in testing of new releases or system enhancements.
  • Attend and participate in various IMS and corporate professional development sessions to acquire tools for identifying processes across the division and organization, partner with a diverse team, and grow your career.
What we need from you
  • BA / BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
  • Internship experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Self‑motivation, organization, and drive to complete multiple client deliverables in a timely manner without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; primarily support clients through email and/or phone calls.
  • Strong customer service skills; communicate daily with clients and other service providers.
