Job summary

SEI Corporation’s Investment Manager Services Division is seeking an Operations Analyst I to support collective funds with daily trade processing, admin tasks and regulatory reporting. You will prepare documents for foreign investments and help maintain fund share classes, while collaborating with internal teams and client contacts to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Collective Trust Funds, Employee Benefits, Investments is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; ability to handle data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily activities for collective funds including trade processing and record keeping.
• Prepare account opening and maintenance documents for foreign market investments.
• Assist CIT Specialists and Trust Officers with regulatory filings and reporting.
• Coordinate access to the CIT website and oversee related processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve production issues and service inquiries.
