University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA) Bunche Center seeks a Finance and Operations Coordinator to manage a dedicated fund portfolio and provide financial and HR support. You will handle grants, travel reimbursements, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy, audit readiness, and timely reporting.

The role requires attention to detail and strong coordination with campus systems. The position is based in Los Angeles, offers exposure to research administration, and requires three+ years of office

Competenze

Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in an office or related fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail with accurate record keeping and file maintenance.
Proficiency with university financial and payroll systems (OFSR, QDB, UCPath, BruinBuy, Concur).
Strong budgeting and accounting process knowledge; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Mansioni

Provide fund management for permanent operating funds, gift funds, and external funding.
Process financial transactions including purchase orders, grants, and travel reimbursements.
Support budget development, reporting, and variance analysis; prepare reports for internal/external use.
Assist with personnel/payroll and student services; maintain audit-ready accounting files.
