CRC Group, a leading independent specialty insurance distributor, seeks an Accounting Operations Associate to support daily transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial data, internal controls, and timely issue resolution within the finance function.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and 1–3 years of experience, with proficiency in Excel and accounting systems. Regular 1st Shift work is based in the United States.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance operations experience.
• Experience with accounting systems and proficiency in Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries.
• Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, andidentifyand resolve discrepancies.
• Assistwith month-end and year-end close activities ensuringaccurateandtimelyfinancial data.
• Prepare standard financial reports andmaintainorganized records in compliance with internal policies.
• Support internal and external audit requests throughaccuratedata compilation and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve routine accounting issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
