Job summary

Family Office of a Prominent Latin Music Artist seeks a Manager, Accounting & Financial Operations to lead day-to-day finance across the artist's business and personal holdings in Miami. You will own the general ledger, bank reconciliations, and monthly statements, reporting to the Fractional CFO.

Responsibilities include coordinating weekly payment cycles, managing intercompany cash flow, and maintaining audit-ready documentation for all contracts and transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, including accounts payable, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Experience managing accounting for multiple entities; proficiency in AgilLink or similar cloud-based platform.
• Advanced Excel skills; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger for all entities (record label, name & likeness, touring, personal ventures).
• Complete monthly reconciliations and prepare draft financial statements for CFO review.
• Manage weekly payment cycle and intercompany cash flow; ensure net terms and timely approvals.
• Coordinate with staff accountants and external bookkeepers on cross-entity work.
