Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks an Accounting Manager – Family Office in Coconut Grove, Florida to own the end-to-end accounting and financial operations for all U.S. entities.

You will report directly to the CFO and CEO, manage the general ledger, monthly and quarterly closes, and prepare U.S. GAAP financial statements and management reports. Coordinate tax planning with external advisors and oversee payable/receivable and payroll activities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Prior family office experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly and quarterly close across U.S. entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Coordinate U.S. tax planning and compliance with external tax and legal advisors.
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll coordination, and expense management.
• Maintain appropriate confidentiality when managing sensitive financial and personal information.
