Real Time Consulting, LLC in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Accounting and Business Operations Manager to partner with the CFO on financial and operational activities. The role focuses on organization, planning, reporting, and improvement of processes.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting and 10+ years in an Accounting Manager role, with strong payroll, audit, and policy experience to drive efficiency and compliance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 10+ years in a corporate Accounting Manager role.
• Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management.
• 5+ years of Payroll processing.
• Experience with audit prep and document retention.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks a big PLUS.
• Policies and Procedures writing experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, linking, charting).

Mansioni

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and variance analyses.
• Oversee accounting department daily activities and reporting.
• Coordinate tax filings and audits with external partners.
• Manage vendor contracts and procurements.
• Review contracts for accounting adherence and documentation.
• Support creation and changes of accounting policies.
• Oversee payroll processing for 45-65 employees across states.
• Maintain benefits administration and payroll reconciliations.
