You will lead the accounting staff, partner with leadership on financial reporting, budgeting, and process improvements to support scalable growth and strong financial oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 7–10+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, job cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including GL, reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll, and job costing.
• Oversee month-end, quarterly, and year-end closes with timely financial reporting.
• Review journal entries and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial planning.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory reporting; liaise with tax professionals.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls across the organization.
