Qualifications

• 5+ years in controller or accounting leadership roles.
• Experience with monthly financial statements.
• Experience with payroll, AP/AR, budgeting.
• Experience with outside CPAs and leadership.
• Highly organized with confidentiality.
• Motorsports or inventory-heavy industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QuickBooks, AP/AR, payroll, cash management, and monthly financial reporting.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Coordinate with outside CPA for year-end reporting and tax matters.
• Improve purchasing processes, internal controls, and administrative systems.
• Support operational projects and executive initiatives.
