Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA designation is preferred.
• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or project-based business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, and fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and supporting reports.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain accounting records to GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and tax professionals.
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with senior leadership.
• Oversee and develop accounting staff.
• Assist with data entry and routine accounting tasks as needed.
