Job summary

ATI seeks a Senior Director, Operational FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting and capital analysis across the AA&S manufacturing portfolio. This highly visible finance leader partners with operations, commercial teams, supply chain, and executives to standardize processes and drive profitability and efficiency.

The role requires a track record in FP&A within manufacturing and strong leadership capabilities. The preferred location is Pittsburgh, PA, with Dallas travel up to 50–60% in year one;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A, operational and strategic finance in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational forecasting, annual and long-range planning.
• Drive capital investment analysis and working capital optimization.
• Develop financial models and reports to support executive decisions.
• Standardize financial processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with operations, commercial, supply chain and finance leadership.
• Mentor finance teams and align objectives with company goals.
• Prepare and present financial analyses for leadership reviews.
