This role partners with operations leadership to forecast, report, and optimize capital investments, productivity, and cost management within ATI's Specialty Materials business. The candidate will lead a team of Plant Analysts, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with internal controls while developing robust financial models to evaluate strategic

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive finance experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• 5+ years of Supply Chain Finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations & Supply Chain to translate financial results into actionable insights.
• Drive working capital improvements with a deep focus on inventory management.
• Build and promote a data-driven culture via digital platforms, financial analysis and cost management.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of finance professionals.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial close with accuracy and timeliness.
