CFS is seeking a seasoned Manager of Finance Operations in Seattle to oversee accounting administration, contract review, and departmental operations. You will lead and develop a team of supervisors and staff, drive process improvements, and partner with leaders to implement effective controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Proven people management experience is required.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop effective teams.
• Experience in accounting, finance operations, contract administration, or related fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants
• Oversee workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Review and approve labor agreements, extensions, and related contracts
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve contract and accounting issues
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements
• Assist senior leadership with departmental initiatives and special projects
