Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants.
• Oversee workflow, productivity, and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Review and approve labor agreements, extensions, and related contracts.
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve contract and accounting issues.
• Analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
• Drive process improvements and support system enhancements.
• Assist senior leadership with departmental initiatives and special projects.

• Manage day-to-day finance and operational activities
• Lead, coach, and develop Supervisors and Staff Assistants
