Job summary

CFS is seeking a Finance Manager to lead core finance operations and work closely with the CEO on strategic financial planning. Based on the South Shore campus in an onsite capacity, the role strengthens accounting, reporting, budgeting, and controls to support growth.

You will drive day-to-day finance performance, build the finance function, and develop a team to sustain long-term business needs while partnering with leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and finance leadership skills.
• Experience in mortgage lending, banking, financial services, or related industry preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own the accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting functions.
• Deliver financial analysis and insights to support growth and profitability.
• Assess performance across locations and operations to guide decisions.
• Strengthen financial systems, controls, reporting, automation, and efficiency.
