Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Experience with nonprofit accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end close activities.
• Lead audit preparation, reconciliations, and financial compliance efforts.
• Implement and maintain digital payment and paperless expense systems.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and support budgeting processes.
• Transition accounting functions in-house and improve operational efficiencies.
• Oversee payroll and partner closely with HR on financial processes.
