Squint is hiring a Finance and Operations Associate to keep our financial and operational engine running as we scale. This generalist role supports core finance processes while taking on cross-functional projects that lack an owner and owning dashboards for leadership insight.

You will be detail-oriented, excel/Sheets fluent, and energized by variety—from close support to cross-functional initiatives. Join us in SF and help shape scalable processes and reporting.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or business operations (startup ops background welcome).
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Trusted operational partner, not just an executor of instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support annual forecasting, monthly revenue review, and other strategic initiatives.
• Own and improve recurring processes—reporting, reconciliations, documentation—across the business.
• Lead cross-functional projects, from vendor contracts to process gaps between departments.
• Build dashboards and reporting to turn financial data into clear leadership insights.
