Job summary

Bland AI is seeking a proactive finance/operations professional to build the financial foundation as we scale in San Francisco. This in-person role requires comfort with ambiguity and ownership, partnering with accounting, sales, and operations to deliver accurate data and insights.

You will support compensation plans, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue analysis, learning how a startup operates while contributing to strategic finance and operations work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial foundation; comfortable with data tools like Power BI and Excel.
• Self-direction; ability to work with minimal instruction in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Build reporting and dashboards to support decision making.
• Analyze bookings and revenue trends to inform budgeting and forecasting.
• Collaborate with accounting, sales, and operations to provide accurate data and insights.
• Support compensation plans and commissions.
• Help define processes and take on larger projects over time.
