• Prepares and assembles analyses of budget and financial reports.
• Develops and incorporates tools and streamlined processes to increase productivity.
• Coordinates labor productivity reports to monitor variances of the department's position control.
• Develops reports monitoring labor and capital spends against target.
• Supports budgeting, staffing, and finance operations for Nursing and Patient Care Services.
• Implements process redesigns to improve staffing efficiency.
• Serves as a subject-matter expert on financial operations for Nursing Leadership.
• Monitors staffing, variances, and projections for Nursing and Patient Care Services.
