Job summary

NYU Langone Health is seeking a Project Coordinator - Hospital Operations to support hospital-wide programs and operational initiatives. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and ensuring the success of projects that improve care quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interface with all management levels and work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Optimize or create operational processes to improve care quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
• Assemble and maintain project plans and documentation of project progress.
• Coordinate enterprise communication and change management strategy.
• Balance diverse opinions to achieve project results for the organization.
• Build working relationships and provide objective recommendations.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, analyses, and recommendations.
• Perform data analyses to support project planning and evaluate outcomes.
• Assist in development of new programs and projects for Hospital Operations.
• Support achievement of goals and objectives for Hospital Operations.
• Help units adhere to the HRO framework and prepare quarterly leadership presentations.
