Job summary

First 5 Yolo seeks a Finance and Operations Manager to lead the agency's fiscal, operational, and administrative functions. Under direction of the CEO, you will serve as the Finance Officer and HR Generalist, ensuring fiscal integrity and efficient operations in a small governmental agency.

The role requires a Bachelor's in public/business administration, four years of fiscal management experience, and a California driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, finance, economics, or closely related field.
• Four years of experience in fiscal management, contracts, compliance and administrative operations; public/government preferred.
• Advanced degree may substitute for up to two years of work experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid California driver’s license, Class C or higher.
