Job summary

Responsibilities include mentoring 2-5 Accounting Specialists, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and coordinating with internal clients and external stakeholders on tax and ERP/CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field.
• Five years of experience required.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Ability to manage a small accounting team and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of 2-5 Accounting Specialists in a full cycle manner.
• Maintain full reconciliation of Balance Sheet on a monthly basis.
• Q.A./Q.C. work product of Accounting Specialists.
• Interface with internal clients to provide quality support and training.
• Supervise tax responsibilities including reporting and payments.
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting.
