Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with data-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production of transactions across key operational teams.
• Analyze operational workflows and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to initiatives improving client experiences, e.g., streamline account management and fraud detection.
• Assist in location-based projects to boost colleague morale and networking.
• Utilize SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Tableau to track metrics and generate reports.
