Old National Bank's 2027 Summer Internship Experience is an on-site, 10-week program designed to apply classroom knowledge to real-world financial services. Participants work closely with team members to meet business objectives and gain exposure to executive leaders.

The program runs about 40 hours per week from mid-June to mid-August. It offers mentorship, professional development opportunities, and the chance to participate in community service projects, with compensation of $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in related field to your interest area.
• Demonstrated academic excellence.
• Strong interest in the banking industry.
• Self-starter with involvement in extra-curricular, community or university sponsored organizations.
• Adaptability and the ability to learn quickly and handle unexpected challenges with maturity and professionalism.
