Qualifications

• Currently an undergraduate student with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Rising Junior or Senior with graduation no earlier than December of the current year.
• Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production of transactions across the key operational teams.
• Analyze operational workflows and propose data-driven improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to initiatives to improve client experiences, such as streamlining account management or enhancing fraud detection processes.
• Assist in implementing location-based projects to boost colleague morale and networking.
• Utilize SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Tableau to track metrics, generate reports, and identify trends.
