Job summary

CFGI's Managed Services practice delivers finance and accounting solutions by managing ongoing operations below the CFO level. We are seeking a hands-on Consultant to support day-to-day delivery of Managed Services engagements, focusing on executing recurring accounting processes and ensuring timely, accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate accounting or related finance operations.
• Experience with high-volume recurring accounting activities.
• Experience with month-end close and journal entries would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring finance and accounting activities: invoice entry, coding, AP processing, and records maintenance.
• Support procure-to-pay processes and vendor-related activities.
• Data entry and maintenance of financial information in client systems.
• Prepare reconciliations and investigate routine differences.
• Prepare and post journal entries and recurring transactions.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities and schedules.
• Assist with AR, cash application, order-to-cash, or other recurring processes.
• Prepare routine financial reports and client deliverables.
• Follow client procedures, policies, controls, and documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve accounting operations.
• Support standardization and automation of repetitive activities.
• Collaborate with CFGI teams and client stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and training within Managed Services.
