We are seeking a detail‑oriented Consultant to support execution of onboarding activities within CFGI’s Managed Services Transitions function. This role is focused on supporting transition engagements through data gathering, process documentation, and development of key deliverables that enable a smooth transition to steady‑state delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support execution of transition engagements through data gathering, research, and coordination of activities
• Assist in documenting finance processes, workflows, and operational procedures across key finance areas
• Develop and maintain transition deliverables including process documentation, close calendars, and reporting materials
• Support preparation of transition plans, status updates, and project documentation
• Participate in client meetings, walkthroughs, and workshops to gather information and document requirements
• Track progress against milestones and elevate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior team members
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth transition into steady‑state delivery
• Contribute to development and refinement of transition tools, templates, and methodologies
