Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of operational due diligence for complex transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, stock offerings, debt raises, IPOs).
• Accounting projects focused on carving out business units/subsidiaries.
• Integration with client’s internal staff as a subject matter expert for senior accounting tasks or financial team support.
• Preparation of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC requirements (10K, 10Q, S-1, S-4).
• Research and documentation on ASC accounting standards.
• Process improvement projects and implementation of changes.
