CFGI is seeking a skilled accounting advisory professional to join a team working with public accounting firms and client management on due diligence, carve-outs, and SEC filings.

You will own projects from start to finish, interact with clients, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment while leveraging your Big 4 background and GAAP expertise. Hybrid work options and a strong compensation package are offered.

Formación

• 2.5–5 years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, consulting, or corporate accounting/finance.
• Minimum of 2 years at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC).

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operational due diligence for complex transactions (acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs).
• Handle accounting projects focused on carving out business units/subsidiaries.
• Integrate with the client’s internal staff as a subject matter expert on accounting tasks.
• Prepare financial and regulatory information per SEC requirements (10-Ks, 10-Qs, S-1, S-4).
• Conduct ASC research and documentation on new accounting standards.
• Lead process improvement projects and implement changes.
