Job summary

Amaris Consulting in Westford, MA is seeking a finance operations professional to own day-to-day financial administration, manage PO follow-up, and coordinate vendor payments.

Our client is a global leader in building technologies and industrial solutions, currently scaling their finance operations function in Westford, MA.

What you'll do:

• Own day-to-day financial administration and operations support
• Manage PO follow-up and tracking through to resolution
• Process and coordinate vendor payments
• Prepare and maintain financial documents and agreements
• Support budgeting activities and capitalization-related processes
• Work closely with Accounts Payable and Procurement teams across multiple stakeholders and systems

What you bring:

• 5-7 years of experience in finance operations, billing, or reconciliations
• Experience supporting finance process workflows in a multi-stakeholder environment
• High attention to detail; comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-site setup
• Prior exposure to AP and/or Procurement functions is a plus
• Contract structure: freelance/SOW to start; permanent conversion possible as a second-stage option.
• On-site presence required 3 days/week in Westford, MA
