• 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day-to-day guidance.
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
• Monitor payment cycles and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), helping optimize cash flow and working capital.
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and purchasing‑related concerns.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Help modernize financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and support ERP implementations and system improvement initiatives.

Holistic Industries is looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to oversee the end‑to‑end incoming financial transactions for the company. This person will manage a team of specialists, optimize working capital and cash flow, reconcile complex accounts, and drive system modernization or ERP implementations.

Your Impact

• Lead and support a team of Accounts Payable Specialists, providing coaching, development, and day‑to‑day guidance
• Oversee invoice processing, payment execution, vendor management, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions
• Monitor payment cycles and Days Payable Outstanding (DPO), helping optimize cash flow and working capital
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and purchasing‑related concerns
• Support month‑end and year‑end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Help modernize financial processes, strengthen internal controls, and support ERP implementations and system improvement initiatives

Your Strengths

• Experience leading accounts payable operations with a strong understanding of invoice processing, payment management, reconciliations, and vendor relations
• Comfortable working within ERP systems and advanced Excel functions to analyze data and improve operational performance
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, GAAP, and compliance requirements
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field preferred, 3+ years of relevant corporate accounting experience, 2+ years of supervisory experience

Massachusetts pay range: $70,000 — $85,000 USD
