Job summary

FocusPoint Solutions in Portland, OR is seeking a Relationship Support Specialist to assist Advisors and Relationship Managers with daily operations, account setup, and reporting. You'll coordinate with custodians, handle billing support, and help with trading activity and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.

This full-time role requires strong finance or business aptitude, excellent communication, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced back-office

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; a finance/business degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years in a professional office customer service role, ideally in finance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Able to learn new procedures quickly and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a timely manner.
• Work with Custodians to resolve issues for advisors and Relationship Managers.
• Process custodial paperwork accurately and timely.
• Verify that information submitted to Custodian(s) received from advisors are accurately processed.
• Set up new accounts and maintain existing account information in our company’s portfolio management system.
• Obtain and format various reports for Relationship Managers to provide to advisors.
• Assist Relationship Managers with billing and billing maintenance to ensure accuracy and timeliness for advisors.
• Assist Relationship Managers with trading activities on accounts.
• Assist management and team with special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
