Barings in Charlotte, NC seeks an Associate Director in Global Client Group to partner with Regional Sales Heads, provide up-to-date financial analysis, and support strategic initiatives. Based in Charlotte, you will contribute to decision making and drive improvements across the Operating Office.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, finance, technology and product management, delivering dashboards and insights while managing multiple projects and maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of financial services experience, ideally asset management.
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and intellectual curiosity.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are essential.
• Salesforce and Power BI experience is a plus.
• Team player and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership with presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
• Lead or contribute to projects improving analytics tools, reporting, automation, and data quality.
• Build cross-functional relationships across GCG, finance, technology and product management.
• Handle ad hoc analysis for new initiatives and product launches.
• Help map workflows and develop tools, templates, or protocols.
• Serve as the local ambassador for Operating Office inquiries.
• Monitor KPIs, assist with dashboards, and support business reviews.
