Job summary

Mercer Advisors is hiring a Service Operations Associate I in Allentown, PA to support the Client Service team. This non-client-facing role handles paperwork, money movements, account maintenance, and custodial interactions to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

It complements Relationship Managers by enabling seamless client experience and regulatory compliance, with a clear path to Associate II and III as responsibilities grow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–4 years of job related experience in financial services.
• Office environment with a customer service focus helpful.

Responsibilities

• Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute money movement requests (wires, ACH, journal entries) per policy.
• Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue and escalate as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of all transactions in CRM and custodial platforms.
