Job summary

Mercer Advisors is seeking a Service Operations Associate I to support the Client Service department by executing administrative tasks and processing client requests. The role is non-client-facing but essential for accurate, timely service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Working within a centralized queue, you will handle paperwork, money movements, and account maintenance while coordinating with custodians and internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma with a Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Two to Four years of job related experience in financial services required.
• Prior experience in an office environment with customer service is helpful.
• Notary designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute paperwork, forms, and documentation with accuracy.
• Process money movements ( wires, ACH, journal entries) per policies.
• Monitor service requests in a centralized queue and resolve timely.
• Maintain records in CRM and custodial platforms.
• Coordinate with custodians and partners to resolve issues and enable transactions.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls are followed.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to support service delivery.
• Contribute to SOPs and participate in process improvements.
