Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping and packaging materials, is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support tax processes and customer service for accounts. You will review certificates, apply tax rules, and collaborate with a team to ensure accurate billing.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.


• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.


• Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.


• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.


• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
