Uline is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support the Finance team by handling customer-facing tax processes and certificate reviews. The role involves collaborating with Finance professionals to ensure accurate sales tax handling and credits, while applying certificates in our advanced software platform.

No prior tax experience is required as training is provided; strong communication and organizational skills will help you excel in this role within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.


• Prior customer service or tax experience is a plus.
