Job summary

Uline is seeking entry-level finance professionals to start their careers at the Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will learn and contribute across core finance functions while working with seasoned professionals on impactful projects.

This on-site program offers hands-on experience, mentorship from leaders, and opportunities to build essential financial skills and networks within a growing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with exposure to AP/AR/Tax.
• Bachelor’s degree in Credit or related field.
• Strong organizational, attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer data and documentation such as invoices, tax exemption certificates, and financial statements.
• Contact customers via phone or email to assist with financial matters.
• Build successful partnerships with key internal teams and vendors.

Entry Level Finance Teams

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications and Tax.
• Bachelor’s degree: Credit.

• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
