ManpowerGroup's client in the automotive and manufacturing industry seeks a Finance Operations Analyst to support program financial governance, cost estimation, and budget management. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams in engineering and procurement.

Location is Foster City, CA, onsite; pay is $60-$65 per hour plus benefits. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years FP&A experience and solid Excel/Sheets modeling capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
2–4 years FP&A, financial analysis, or cost accounting experience.
Strong financial modeling and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for budgets, baselines, and should-cost analyses.
Track actuals vs forecast; prepare variance analyses and leadership narratives.
Support monthly/quarterly close activities for program cost tracking, accruals and reconciliations.
Reconcile vendor invoices and POs against budgets; flag discrepancies for program reviews.
