Job summary

firstPRO, Inc. is assisting a growing manufacturing company in recruiting an Industrial FP&A Analyst to serve as a hands-on finance partner for U.S. manufacturing operations. This role is 100% onsite and involves working directly with plant leadership to improve financial and production performance.

You will analyze costs, track yield and OEE, own monthly reporting, and build dashboards, partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance to drive cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of manufacturing finance or FP&A experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing costs and variance analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs, labor, materials, inventory, and production variances.
• Track Yield and OEE across 7 production lines.
• Own monthly financial reporting and plant cost-center analysis.
• Compare actuals vs. budget and identify key cost drivers.
• Build financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Present findings and recommendations directly to plant leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance.
